Ordering and Returns

The Ordering and Return process is as follows:

To order: Contact els@infinite-equine. This will ensure that the correct items are ordered for you if they are not in stock. It is not possible to identify on this website which items are currently in stock.
EDIX: Although we do carry a healthy inventory, logically we can't carry all items. Therefore, please be prepared that your item may need to be ordered from the EDIX headquarters in the Netherlands. This usually takes approximately 1 weeks, but will greatly depend on time of year (November/December may cause delays). Your item will go in a shipment that needs to be sorted here and your items are checked for quality before being shipped from Kamloops to you.
Opux saddles are generally made to order and delivery time is approximately 4-8 weeks. Leather color and stitching can be chosen at time of ordering and accessories such as leathers and girth can be made to match the saddle.
Haven Horsemanship saddles are generally made to order and delivery time is appoximately 4-8 weeks.
All items are to be prepaid in full at time of ordering
All shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser

RETURNS:

Special Orders will be final sales only
Saddles may be returned within two weeks provided tags are with the saddle. A minimum 10% restocking fee will be charged. Damage/dirt /scratches will be assessed and deducted before a refund is provided
Returns will only be considered IF the saddle has the original tag on it, and is in NEW and CLEAN condition
Shipping costs are not refunded
Accessories will not be refunded (pads, riding pads, bareback pads bridles, halters etc.) They are all final sale.
Returns will only be considered within 14 days of receipt.

CONSULTATION and FITTING FEES:

It is strongly recommended that you consult via phone, email or text (els@infinite-equine.ca, 250-819-4648) to ensure that you are getting the right saddle and saddle fit for both you and your horse. Without a consultation the saddles may not be trialed or returned. There is a $150 saddle fitting fee to be paid up front, but which will be applied to the cost of the saddle if a saddle is purchased.

An equiry about a saddle is considered a "fitting" as soon as pictures of horse and rider are submitted, and the conversation includes best saddle/fit for your horse.

A fitting fee will be applied to the purchase of a new saddle if a saddle is ordered. If a saddle is not ordered, then it will be considered a final payment.
