Ordering and Returns

The Ordering and Return process is as follows:

• To order:  Contact els@infinite-equine.  This will ensure that the correct items are ordered for you if they are not in stock. It is not possible to identify on this website which items are currently in stock.

• EDIX:  Although we do carry a healthy inventory, logically we can't carry all items.  Therefore, please be prepared that your item may need to be ordered from the EDIX headquarters in the Netherlands.  This usually takes approximately 1 weeks, but will greatly depend on time of year (November/December may cause  delays).  Your item will go in a shipment that needs to be sorted here and your items are checked for quality before being shipped from Kamloops to you.

• Opux saddles are generally made to order and delivery time is approximately 4-8 weeks.  Leather color and stitching can be chosen at time of ordering and accessories such as leathers and girth can be made to match the saddle.

• All items are to be prepaid in full at time of ordering

• All shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser

CONSULTATION:

It is strongly recommended that you consult via phone, email or text (els@infinite-equine.ca, 250-819-4648) to ensure that you are getting the right saddle and saddle fit for both you and your horse.  Without a consultation the saddles may not be trialed or returned.  There is a $150 saddle fitting fee to be paid up front, but which will be applied to the cost of the saddle if a saddle is purchased.

• Returns will only be considered IF the saddle has the original tag on it, and is in NEW condition

• Returns will only be considered within 7 days of receipt.
