The Ordering and Return process is as follows:

• Although we do carry a healthy inventory, logically we can't carry all items.  Therefore, please be prepared that your item may need to be ordered from the EDIX headquarters in the Netherlands.  This may take up to 2 week,   

• All items are to be prepaid in full at time of ordering

• All shipping costs are to be paid by purchaser

CONSULTATION:

It is strongly recommended that you consult via phone, email or text (els@infinite-equine.ca, 250-819-4648)  to ensure that you are getting the right saddle and saddle fit for both you and your horse.  Only EDIX treeless saddles can ever be ordered online.  No items can be returned if ordered online without consultation.

Trials and Returns:

It is strongly recommended that you consult via phone, email or text (els@infinite-equine.ca, 250-819-4648) to ensure that you are getting the right saddle and saddle fit for both you and your horse. 

Some saddles may be trialled after consultation and discussion.  Without a consultation the saddles may not be trialled or returned
